The finishing operations include shot blasting to remove scale and surface adherence, followed by fettling to satisfy the requirements of quality control and to meet the customers specifications.


STEEL & ALLOY CASTINGS

MELTING UNIT INFRASTRUCTURE ::

  1. 500 KG Induction Furnace.

  2. Production capacity 100 Tons / month.

  3. Casting Range, Casting weighing 0.5kg to 110 kg.

MOULDING ::

  1. Pin Lift Molding machines.

  2. Hand moulding in green sand, Co2 and No-bake sand.

  3. Shell moulding.

CORE SHOP ::
   1.   Two nos. core sand mixers
   2.   CO2 process core, Airset (No bake) and oil cores.

SAND PREPARATION ::
We are having 2 no. of mullers of 250 kg capacity along with sand sieves.

PATTERN SHOP ::
Having in house pattern shop, also sourcing work from outside.
